Warranty
High-quality building materials made from composite wood (WPC) are environmentally friendly and suitable for outdoor use.
The warranty period for WPC decking boards is 10 years from the date of purchase, provided that the product is used as intended and under normal conditions.
In the case of structural damage caused by termites or manufacturing defects discovered during the warranty period, defective products will be replaced with a corresponding amount of similar material.
Manufacturing defects are typically described as follows:
- Bubbles, splinters, or cavities in the material
- Decay or decomposition of the material
- Rotting, warping, or cracking of the material
- Visible color changes, discoloration, or fading that are not related to normal weather conditions.
Transport, delivery, assembly, or disassembly costs are not covered by the warranty. Products damaged by vandalism, improper use, or incorrect installation are not covered by this warranty.
The warranty is not valid if the product was improperly installed or not properly used or maintained.
All warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovering the defect. We will investigate all warranty claims to determine if the claim is related to manufacturing defects and therefore covered by the warranty or if the defect was caused by other factors not considered manufacturing defects - in which case, the warranty claim will be rejected.
