
- Sign In.
Log in to your user account to make the product reservation quick and efficient. Your contact details will be filled in automatically.
- Add Products to Cart.
After logging into your account, go to the desired product, select the quantity, and click the "Add to Cart" button.
Once you go to the cart, you have 20 minutes to complete the purchase process. You will be asked for your contact details, shipping address, delivery and payment methods, and billing information if you wish to receive an invoice.
- Finalization.
When you confirm the order, you will be redirected to the payment provider depending on the chosen payment method. Once the payment is registered, you will receive an email confirming the order and the process of fulfilling your order will begin.

4a. Quick Payment - prepare everything before you start.
If you choose this method (online transfer, credit card), you will be redirected to the payment system, which may have a limited time for the transaction. Prepare everything you need for this process (for example, your credit card, token, or mobile phone).
After the transaction, you will be automatically redirected back to the shop. Do not click the "Back" button, as this will cancel the transaction, empty your cart, and your product will not be reserved.
4b. Traditional transfer - don't forget to make the transfer.
If you choose this method, you will find all the necessary information at the end of the reservation process. You will also receive an email. You have 72 hours to make the transfer. During this time, the payment should be credited to our account. Make the transfer as soon as possible to ensure that the payment is registered in time.
The order status will be changed as soon as the payment is credited to our account. The waiting time for transfers can vary depending on the transfer time (weekday/weekend/holidays), but it is usually between one and several days.
Frequently check your inbox to receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder and other folders to ensure it has not accidentally ended up there.
Discount codes.
We offer a 10% discount on your first order. The discount will be automatically calculated and added to the order.
Your account - check the order status.
The status of the order can be found in the "Your Orders" section.
If you want to change your contact details, go to the "My Account" section on our website (upper right corner). There are two options:
- "Settings" – here you can change your name, email address, and agreement to marketing information,
- "Addresses" – add all the addresses you need to save time during the checkout process.
